Another amazing recipe from the Wellspring School of Healing Arts. These were served with goat and sheep cheese, olives and spread, but you can serve them with almost anything. These make fantastic party crackers, your guests will rave and the best part: nothing artificial in these bad boys whatsoever and you made them!
Gluten-Free Flax Crackers
2 dozen

2 c ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c water
Preheat oven to 400. Mix all dry ingredients. Add water and mix well until dough forms. Spread evenly to 1/8 inch thick on parchment paper or silicone sheeted pans. Use a pizza cutter and a knife to score crackers before baking, this makes for more uniform cutting afterwards. Bake for 20-30 minutes until crisp and light brown. That’s it! Enjoy!
