Burst of Sunshine is a great starter juice for those who have never tried juicing. It’s a great go-to when you want a basic and tasty juice and kids love this one, too!

Nutritional Benefits

Apples = Contain flavonoids and polyphenols, malic acid and phytonutrients. Flavonoids and polyphenols are huge antioxidants that boost our body’s natural detoxification process. Malic acid is an organic carboxylic diacid compound (my Dad’s an Organic Chemist, he would be proud!) that assists the liver and refines digestion. Phytonutrients are plant-derived nutrients that help breakdown low density lipoproteins (LDL), a.k.a. bad cholesterol and keep plaque from building in your arteries. Your arteries stay free and clear and heart disease is prevented.

Ginger = Anti-inflammatory, soothes the stomach, aids in digestion, and relieves muscle pain, as well as supports electrolyte function and is great for motion sickness
