Welcome to Freshly Grown! This week: Juicing + A Road Trip. My mom’s taking off for Scotland and won’t be back for awhile so we (me, my 3-year-old and mi Madre) thought it would be the perfect opportunity to take a quick road trip to see our friend Chery up in Washington. I’ll be posting tidbits about juicing throughout the week, one of my best friends’ brother will be sharing his 101 days of juicing, the road trip crew will be stopping off at a juice bar in Seattle and we ladies might even swing an attempt at a how-to video of sorts (perhaps juicing cocktails? or does that defeat the purpose of a healthy drink? thoughts?).
