For those of you who do dairy and like yogurt, but don’t want all of the fake ingredients and sugar overload, try this in the morning.
Honey Strawberry Chia Yogurt
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt (I prefer whole fat, organic Greek yogurt, but this is what the hubs could find the other day!)
- A few fresh, organic strawberries, sliced
- Raw honey
- Chia seeds
- Mint (optional)
Layer your yogurt with honey, strawberries & chia seeds. Sprinkle chia seeds to top and drizzle a little more honey to taste. Add a little chopped, fresh mint and enjoy!
